Talent Academy is more than just a project
It reflects my personal journey and the understanding I have gathered over years of learning, travel and exploration.
I believe every person is born with unique potential, and that the role of adults is not to impose direction, but to help young people recognise and develop what is already there within them. Talent Academy was created as a living space for growth, where psychology and education meet intuition, symbolic understanding and deeper insight. This approach supports children and teenagers in discovering their strengths, building confidence, and approaching their future with a sense of purpose grounded in self-respect and self-awareness. My work is guided by the belief that when understanding comes first, direction follows naturally.
